I'm looking for 2-5 writers to come on board with me for a project to create/build a world for a comic book project test. I've placed topics/genres etc., into an app and will click the generate button to get a mash-up of everything we will create from the topic to the genre/setting, etc. I've got the green light and a budget of $2100 to see this through from the initial phase to a finished issue 1. We will build the world and create the storyline from the random suggestions. From there, we will start getting the characters drawn and the first issue written. (As far as the first issue, we can put our names into a pot and randomize who gets to write it, or we can all write a page based on what the previous writer wrote. Everyone who is in the project will get credited for working on the project. Depending on how it does when the first issue is done, this can become a long-term thing. Some Notes:
The world only has to be built enough to complete the first issue then we will go from there.
Everyone gets credited.
This is meant to be fun but worthwhile and a test for future projects.
If it does well, we can turn this into a full-fledged series.
Looking to have the world built in a few weeks to move onto the artwork
Script writing experience is a plus but isn't needed.
