Looking to hire someone to bring my comic/manga to life (PAID)

Good morning everyone,

I'm looking for someone to help bring my 60 page comic/manga to life. The story is about a teenager who's family is murdered/separated by the corruption/king of the land. The teenager is forced to grow up early and has to learn how to defend himself and survive with the end goal of ending corruption. The setting is medieval fantasy. The world has crazy rampaging creatures, horses etc.

Things that need to be done:

Character designs
Cover
Storyboards
Experience in creating comics/mangas
Experience with drawing African/Black characters
Someone who can help provide pointers on the art/story and not just "Whatever I want"
Someone with good communication, (can't express this one enough)
Timely with their work

I will allow some creative freedom for the artist.
Will expect the artist to provide critiques and feedback on what they think about the story
The artist will get an Artist credit
The artist and I will have to agree on what art can be posted online.
I will retain rights to everything produced during this job.

I would agree to the terms.
What would be the time to create it?
In my experience, an 80-page comic with a self-concluding story and a good quality drawing should be at least 6 months to be fully finished.
To better keep up with the times, I would advise you to divide the "delivery" every 20/25 pages and divide the payment.

Just a head's up to artists who are considering this offer, keep in mind that at the rate and budget OP is proposing, you are looking at about $40 a page (less than that when you take into account that you will also be doing a cover and character designs), no mention of a royalty or profit share if this sells, and you will be expected to be a story collaborator but not retain any rights to the final product and will only be credited as the artist despite your input on the story.

Yes, please consider your time and what you are worth. This is what I can afford/saved up so if this is not worth your time, please feel free to keep scrolling. I also say sell to my audience meaning that if they like it I will save up again to produce another chapter but this will be shown for free. so yes no profit sharing will be authorized. Not looking for a story collaborator really, just if while they are drawing, if something seems off or doesn't add up to let me know.

You wrote about 60 pages, but also wrote that you would need a storyboard.
How did you determine that the manga is roughly 60 pages long? Do you have a rough storyboard or frame-by-frame description of the panels?
Is there an additional charge for character designs?
