So I have been gone for a little bit, and I am binge reading to catch up on the comics I have subscribed to. I thought it would be nice to find some more to read incase I missed any new people coming in, or if there is just a hot new comic getting attention. I am partial to fantasy comics, with a diverse cast, and like long form over strip comics.

However feel free to share you comic here even if it doesn’t fit into my taste. There is only one rule to sharing you comic link, you must say something positive about yourself. I see a lot of negative self talk on this forum and in the art community in general, so pick something you love about yourself, your skills, and your comic and tell me about it.

Remember you are worth being noticed, you are worth being compensated for your work, and never give up on your dream!

Nice thread and a good idea ^^

I wouldn't call my comic new (Started in 2015) but I'm rarely on the forum, so you might have missed it

It's Fantasy, long form, but diverse cast I can't boast about^^; It's more classic folktale-ish

And a positive thing about myself: I'm tenacious and hate to quit ^^

My comic uh...hasn't started yet. I'm building my buffer right now. But if you wanna jump on the wagon before it launches, here's a ticket:

I'm gonna say you might like it judging by your icon.

Hm, I think my comic could fit what you are looking for, maybe you´d enjoy reading it
It´s long format (a lotta episodes to read haha), RomancexFantasy and a fairly diverse cast - definitely as goes for ethnicities.

(Ig what I can say for myself is that I enjoy working a lot. Definitely has it´s benefits for comics haha)

Well then.... here is a nice sci fi comic! We are in the middle of a short break, but we hope you will like it!

Started publishing on Tapas our Drama/Romance/Fantasy comic ~

Something positive...you're killing me! I guess I would have to say that I think I'm getting better as an artist, which I didn't think would happen. I thought I'd hit a ceiling...not being a youngster.

mine is a fantasy and...I think it's long-form? Maybe I'm getting confused about what that means...Anyways, something positive: I can see the progression of my art as it gets better the more I draw (you can't see it as much in the pages uploaded, but I can see the improvement in my buffer compared to what I have posted so far, I think), and I am so, so happy with that, that I can see my own improvement, it's very encouraging!!

Your comic is one of the ones I am catching up on. And there is lots of nice stuff to say about you and your art.

Hi, as an artist, I am proud of myself being able to progress a world-building in my comic and in terms of drawing, it improves slowly but surely which is a good sign. Its a fantasy comic but with middle eastern influence, I'm not so sure if it's your cup of tea but feel free to view and read

Wow, Fantasy? Long-form? My comic kinda fits perfectly into that.

Although the full cast isn't assembled yet.

I just now posted the last page of Book 3, which took forever. I'm very happy that I can move the story forward with Book 4.

Hi there, I'm currently on a hiatus due to an injury. Feel free to read my manga series. I've been working on it for over 7 years now. It's a psychological & thriller genre.

Something nice about myself? Well, I'd like to say that I think I'm pretty good at always trying to do my best, even when life tries to get in the way. Very determined, and it usually works out for me in the end. Even when someone tells me I can't do it, I'll always work extra hard to prove them wrong!
I love my comic a lot and really hope that my love and effort shows through as I talk about it and continue making my pages. It's very special to me, and I'm very proud of myself that I've kept up with working on it for the past 9 months now (almost a year, wow! Jan. 1 will be the first anniversary of me posting my comic publicly).
I also think I'm a pretty nice person... I hope other people might agree. :flushed:

Mine is a fantasy comic, so I would be happy for you to check it out if you might be interested!

It's always an amazing feeling to see yourself improving when you look at your older pages versus your newer ones! I'm happy for you!

Weird superhero fiction featuring reimagined public domain characters!

I'm literally so pleased. I'm super flaky when it comes to projects and quickly get bored and stop doing things once I run into trouble, so drawing this comic has been so good for me, I've forced myself to stick with it by actually posting it for people to read, and they subscribe and expect updates, so I have to keep going, and now I'm so encouraged because I can see myself improving. It's such a nice thing! It may not ever get to be super awesome or anything, but improvement is improvement, and I'm so ridiculously happy about it!

Ahhh what a wholesome topic, I love it! To say my positive thing, I'm actually really proud of myself for putting my comic out there! It's the first time I've done it despite thinking about making a webcomic for years, because I have a lot of social anxiety online and lacked confidence in myself and my work. But I'm proud of how I got my work process organized so that I can have regular and consistent updates for my readers, and of how much I've grown in my art skills as I continue to work on the comic!

And here's my comic...fantasy check, diverse cast check, long form check!
