Sorry about that! I read chapter 1, you have good coloring skills and the comic flows well. I think by your subs show you are doing very well! Keep it up

haha thanks. i know you just started but ill be waiting for your updates in the future <3

Aw thats so sweet of you to say! Once I properly treat my hand I will resume making comics, no doubt about it!

Well I started drawing the comic in early Jan of 2019. I try to upload once a week though sometimes I don't have a page ready in time. I only managed to upload 37 pages last year and have 27 pages so far this year. I think I'll make it to 44 this year. If you're taking about how long I've been drawing, it's been since the end of 2012, though I didn't exactly learn "correctly" as I don't do much anatomy studying. I'm sort of lazy and just like doing the fun stuff. If you want to talk more I have a discord.

So I've read through your comic and have a little feedback:

As of now, the story seems a little generic (starts off with the MC being late for school, bumps into girl who yells at him, MC looks incompetent actually isn't, etc). Of course you're only 9 pages in so the ball hasn't really started rolling yet, just make sure you don't fall into the pitfalls a lot of stories fall into where you can guess what happens next because it follows a predictable path. As for the characters, I've enjoyed the dialogue from what I've seen so far. I laughed at the interaction with the MC and his roommate, especially since I can relate.
In terms of the typesetting, I'd recommend spending a little more time on the speech bubbles/font size. Try to make sure the font is centered in the bubble and doesn't get too close to the border. Here's a quick example:

Other than that, I'll be looking out for more updates to see how the story progresses. Hopefully your hand gets better soon!

I'm currently also looking for feedback for my comic, ReWritten, so feel free to check mine out if you're wanting something to read (although there's not too much to read right now)!

Wow thanks for giving me feedback. I will keep working to make my comic more easy to read and easier on the eyes. As for feedback to my story, I have the whole story plotted out already. I haven't written the script for it yet but I think I have a general idea of what is to come. I will check out your story and give feedback to you too. Thanks for putting in your 2 cents!

Oh. One question I have. I can slightly use my drawing hand to fill in greyscale but it doesn't look so great. Should I post what I have so far or just wait till my hand is treated? Thanks

I've never had hand pain before. I'm barely a teenager, so that's probably why. I used play Tetris on my school chromebook for over an hour everday during aftercare (a school program where kids can stay when their parents are still at work when school ends) and I've never gotten a cramp, which is surprising. But I get cramps from writing with my hand (probably because I hold the pencil too hard).

Anyways, here's my comic. It's a gag comic that apparently has dark humor, light humor, and puns.

And I hope you have a good recovery.

One of mine is a twisted coming-of-age story that updates MWF:

I also have a weekly one-panel forum comic that updates every Tuesday:

Hope your hand gets better.

Man that's rough. I hope your hand gets better soon. I'm sure it'll all be ok. I'll add my webcomic to the pile for you to read. It is a modern modern Fantasy that takes place in a world where your ethnicity dictates the type of superpower you are born with. I hope you enjoy what I've got so far.

If you like slice of life and a bit of mystery My comic TLC might be up your alley!

The comic is about a young girl that gets kicked out of an orphanage for her unpredictable powers and ends up getting taken in by a shapeshifter into a mish-mashed adopted family. she has to learn what it means to be herself, be part of a family, and uncover whatever the family's butler is hiding before its too late!

The comic has got aspects of modern fantasy, mystery, found family, and slice of life (as well as tiny bits of science fiction but thats far from the main focus). I'd probably rate it at PG-13 (specific Pages with PG-13 content are flagged as such in the episode tittles as well)

Update on my hand:

Dr is referring me to a physical therapist within 2-3 weeks from now. Until then use the arm brace, ice, tylonel, and exercises she gave me to do. If physical therapy doesn't work she talked about steroid injections or for me to see a specialist.

I hope my hand gets better soon. Thanks everybody if you've read what's been happening with my drawing hand.

Hey everyone! I'm still open to reading your comics! Feel free to post on this thread!

Get well soon, you can always take time to brainstorm ideas and scripts while your hand needs time to heal. I hope you will recover soon and get right back into putting your ideas into drawings

Here's a bit of comedy and slice of life tales for you to kill some time. Give me some feedback if you have any (both good and bad)
