Making a mobile version of my comics

Hi everyone,

I made my comics in a classic way, thinking I might print it at the end,
but now I'm thinking that I would like to make it mobile friendly.
meaning I have to cut it and make some changes.

I think I know what to do, but as always, I bet there's more to it than I know.

Any pointers and advice?
or is it really just cut and rearrange?

because of the format change I also recommend that the dialogue is legible when changing it to mobile. If you already had the mindset of making it into a book, then it shouldn't be a major issue, but just in case do a preview first before uploading.

you mean that the font size should be bigger?

If your panels are simple boxes and what not then yes. If you use weird panels shapes or sizes then no.
