Some differences will come down to how individual creators choose to present their more mature content. Even with the mature filter, there are rules about what a comic is permitted to show, so some degree of censoring is normal.
The comics themselves are unchanged regardless of where you view them. In some cases a comic is completelt removed from the app, though, due to mature content. Whatever censorship exists is static, unless the creator chooses to make two different versions if the comic.
Only additional differences I can think of is that tapas themselves has a premium mature section that's website online, and their rules for mature content could be different from regular premium works, as well as community comics.
