Mature comics and their limits on What is it I have to censor and how much?

I have a question that's been asked many times but I guess im too slow too slow to fully understand the explanations.(I'll be talking about sex comics. I'm telling you so you know what your in for)

I want to make a mature comic that's about a vampire that can live off of blood or sexual energy.(it's a mix of unquenchable Mr.kim and omegaverse but the plot's not that important right now)anyway how far can I go with it.

Is it possible to do a light saber genitals?
Should I blur it or do it like manga yoai(The lines over specific parts for censorship)?
Should I use pixels?
Do I have to cover it with a blanket or something?
Should I just use an innuendo?

If you know the answer's to these questions or the overall question can you please respond,I can't start drawing the comic until I know this.

You have to mark it as mature.

Hey! I just recently went through this with staff- the light sabers are not enough of a censore. You need to cover things so the shape of a dick isn't visible. I turned the "light sabers" into a whited out area to make it vaguer. I have seen other comics use pixilation, or sticker censors. You can always design things so they are censored more naturally by the setting.

Anywhere penetration is happening has to be covered.

Also worth noting: Comics that are too mature may be pulled from the app, because Apple's rules for the App Store are more strict, in which case a comic can still be on the tapas website. You should be warned of this by staff, and have a chance to adjust things to remain in the app. If your comic is super mature, you might want to plan for being web only, or consider that possibility.

Website only - lightsabers/pixelation/blur are ok (just remember to mark episodes with those as mature and keep your thumbnails sfw)

Thank you for your insight on this topic,one question though...how does this work? If I make a comic and post it on the website then can I then post it on the app differently with the same account and if so is there anything I have to do to make them different?

No, your comic will be both on website and the app by default but can be taken off the app by tapas if the content you post is too mature for app

If this happens will the comic stay on the website still,being available for reader's?

Yes, unless you cross the line too much (nsfw thumbnails - my series got hidden even on the website for that, there was also a thread by a person whose series got deleted for nsfw content with underaged characters if I'm not mistaken), nothing will change when using the website it just won't be searchable through the app - it'll be hidden from search results, new, popular sections etc and the only way to access it through the app would be through your profile or by already being a subscriber
There have been cases of series stopping appearing from the new section even on the website but contacting stuff tends to solve the problem
