So I use medibang paint like many people here. One thing I like is the cloud feature. I can keep my comic pages in one place and easily switch from one to another.
Today I try to log in but said I didn't have permission. So I'm like okay, I probably need to update. I do that and then it tells me that the cloud storage is full. Didn't realize it had a limit, but fine, how much over am I? I check and turns out I'm like 8GB over the limit. How is that even possible??
Turns out, they're rolling out a premium service where they offer unlimited cloud storage. In other words, if I want my art back, I need to pay them $8.99.
So if you're using Medibang paint, be careful with using the cloud feature!

Now if you excuse me, I'm going to scream and kick a wall.

UPDATE:
There's a free trial on the app. Gonna use it to download all my art, anyone else who's art is locked should look into it

Noice. They're doing the same ploy Photobucket did. I think imgur is on the path to this as well.

Yeah I heard about this, luckily I haven't used much of the cloud storage since I use Artflow Studio and Ibis Paint X to do most of my work. I do wish Artflow and Ibis had a cloud storage option though.

I knew about this earlier. I don't really use it unless I want to transfer a few things; I mostly use Onedrive to back up my stuff so I can transfer it to a different computer.
