Medibang cloud save is not working

Calling all medibang user! I have been googling trying to find a solution for this problem and at last nothing has came up. I sent medibang a message about the error but I just wanted to see if anyone was having the same problems as me & has somehow found a solution. I can't save to cloud no matter how much I try I either get an network error message or a message saying there isn't enough space. Even though the cloud is suppose to have unlimited space. Just in case it was a space issue I actually deleted some of my older stuff from the cloud. Still couldn't save. I made a new account tried to save to a cloud that was empty. Still wouldn't save so apparently there isn't a space issue but something wrong with the network instead. I've thought about deleting and redownloading the app but since I can't save to the cloud if I do, all my art saved to the gallery will disappear. I need help please

I don't personally use medibang's cloud save feature but there's a good chance it might be a bug so I'd first recommend maybe not deleting things if you can and second possibly trying to reach out to either a help page or their twitter (they're pretty active there) which is here: https://twitter.com/MediBangPaint_e

I feel like they'd mentioned a maintenance being performed but I'm honestly not sure but the best bet would be to wait a bit before having to delete more art than you're willing

I'm definitely not gonna delete anymore the stuff I did delete was already saved on my computer anyway but I'll try their twitter thank you! ️
