The brush sizes can be changed by taping the paint pallet icon. Which will open a menu from which you can change brush sizes. You can also use the color slider on the left. At the bottom a black dot with a number over it can be found. Swipe up and down on this dot to alter the current brush size.

Hey there! Definitely glad to see a thread for Medibang! I use the desktop version so as far as closing a file you can right-click on the name of the document and then it will give you the option to close it.
Also you can see at the side where you can alter brush sizes

If there's any questions I've had it's how to add and create brushes on medibang. I've figured out how to add brushes via bitmap and from the canvas but I'm curious about scripts and cloud brushes

thanks but i'm on desktop. i can adjust the brush size but it's limited and won't get any bigger

So the section at the side where brushes are is where you can make changes the percent is just for the opacity/density of the brush making it darker or lighter. The number above it will control the size (seen below)

So where that 3 is all you have to do is type in the size you want be it 5,10,or 50 that's how you change it. You can also use the bracket keys ( this [ and ] ) to change your brush size and just to check you can go to the file tab and click shortcut settings.

Hope that helps

are you using airbrush only or have you tested it with other brushes? Typically changing the brush size of airbrush doesn't change much since it's more for shading and overlay effects but on any other brush like watercolor pen or (my favorite) gpen it should have better effect

and you're welcome when i started off using medibang it was mostly trial and error along with whatever speedpaint and tutorials that were on youtube.

It may help to check Medibang's help or FAQ pages to see if there may be anything and the site if you don't have it is here:

and you can also check some settings here

and environment settings here (there may also be something in the shortcut key settings under the file tab)

is 274 your brush max? It's 1000 for me. Have you tried double clicking on the number and typing in a larger number than 274 rather than scrolling the bar?

hey my airbrush isn't working on MediBang. It's all spotty when I need a smooth line. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Hey there! So I don't think medibang brushes (at least the airbrush) has a scatter setting. So if you hit the gear next to the brush name to open the settings does it look like this?

These are the default settings but I know that if it's an added brush (either by script or by file) it can get a little messy.

The circle that isn't on the stroke is where I started actually drawing. For some reason, both FireAlpaca and Medibang do this. I've tried other programs, and they've proven to not do this, although what bothers me about those is they have a limited number of features in comparison. How do I fix this?

(Those are things I've tried already, and they failed. Sourced from EverythingFireAlpaca.tumblr.com.)

How do I make it so when I press the side button on my Surface Pen it activates the eyedropper tool? It used to do this but now it doesn't anymore for some reason
