I read the summary and I think it's a really interesting subject.
I finished recently Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley which has a restaurant theme as well.
It's an original subject. I haven't read any webcomics about that.
I like the style so far, however it's hard to tell with just the one page.
I recommend posting a few to get more detailed feedback.
I heard you need at least six months of content before being taken seriously.
For one page per week, that's about twenty four pages.
That's where the story really starts to built up.
I am just starting chapter 5 on my own stuff and I feel that I haven't reached the real hook.
I guess once the characters really get into trouble, that drives readers back to the story.
