This may be a repeat topic. I am sorry for this but I did not find one that was the same issue as I am having.
I completed the requirements of the "Reach level 20 in My Cafe" offer from the Tapjoy Offer wall in the Tapas android app. In the app, I saw the Ink status was rewarded. But I received no ink.
First, I contacted Tapjoy via the app's reward menu. After 3 days they managed to confirm that yes, Tapjoy has already credited me with 15,296OW Ink Android on January 14, 2022.
And they sent me to contact Tapas at feedback[at]tapas[dot]io as Tapjoy cannot issue the award twice.
I did write several emails with my issue but all I received were the automatic answers. I sent my first email on the 18th of January. As of today, I still did not get an answer or the missing ink.
