Move tool in Clip Studio isnt working!

The Hand Move Tool will only work once, after one action I need to highlight the layer I am working on before it will let me move the canvas again. This is very very interruptive of my work flow and a real hinderance. How can I re-set the Move Tool so that it will perform multiple times?

There should be a reset tool button on the tool bar. I think the icon looks like a swirl? Try that. If it doesn't work, try turning your computer off and on.

Ok, so I have tried the re-set option and the quitting the program and re-opening option, I guess the computer on and off is next! The main problem is I am using the short-cut keys, space bar to use the hand tool and it is this that isn't responding after the first use - I can move the canvas anywhere once, but after that it needs me to go and hit the layer I am working on for it to allow me to use the space bar short cut again?

What version of clip studio do you have?

.... That is very strange, have you tried contacting Smith Micro about the issue?

I contacted them a few weeks ago and they helped solve my problems.

Hi, yes I have, it only happened this afternoon and so they havent got back to me yet, but it is very odd, all the other short cut key work, and as I say, even the move tool works once then stops! just to make sure I am contacting thme on the rite platform who did yo uget hold of them? I sent them a message from there home page?
