Moving page order

Is there a way to re-organize the pages of your comic or post pages to go before instead of after? I want to post a prologue but I don't want to change out all the page files and mess up the views and stuff.

You're actually probably better off creating a new series if the prologue is going to be several pages long, but if you just created your series, you can exploit the scheduling system to trick it into posting it at the beginning of the month, otherwise, unfortunately there is no easy way to reorganize comic pages.

Maybe you can weave the prologue into your story as a flashback, instead?

I'm afraid there isn't any way to move episodes around and place a newly uploaded one before an old existing one in the list. What you CAN do is simply add pages to existing episodes (so, go to the oldest episode, click 'edit' and upload the pages to it), and then let your readers know you've done it.
