I would be stupendously surprised if a few lines of a pop song put into a comic weren't fair use. It's easily argued that the use is transformative. I remember song lyrics being used as a literary device in one issue of Neil Gaiman's Sandman, which is one of the most famous and widely read graphic novels of all time.
If you do use song lyrics, don't make your comic rely on them for story purposes and make sure you keep them on a layer which is easily edited out if need be. That's what I've done.
