Well! I sure was not expecting such an intriguing and interesting story so quickly! Given that your main character's primary motivation is that of being a chronicler, a very subtle motivation, I suspect that you are either a seasoned storyteller or very good at pulling at the strings of the heart. Probably both, lol. And indeed, in an era when the vast majority of protagonist motivations are so linked with violence, feeling and hearing the stated desires of Bramble struck me as wonderfully refreshing.
Your story was easy to continue reading in the beginning, and hooked the reader at the very beginning of part 2. And after that, it's been nothing but increasing tension and intrigue. You've got a knack for toying with strings of the heart indeed, @TCoopComics . I ended up subscribing to your work, and I look forward to seeing how it ends up!
By the way, I think that the art style is served much better by black and white than it was by the color pages, though I do like the color of the very first title page so much, that I hope you will continue to do colored pages for chapter title pages, at least.
As for my webcomic, I only recently came back to Tapastic after a 3 year hiatus and much improvement in my skills, and so the one I would have you review is still only two pages into the tale. I don't think it's quite ready for any sort of in depth analysis quite yet, but I suppose when it is I can always come back to this thread and review the work of another once more, lol.
In any case, with that full disclosure out of the way, my comic is: Kolodruitale: Reckoning
