for the record, i think your traditional ink work looks really great - rough, sure, but in a very charming way.
you could do a very limited palette? some really nice stories do black and white, but with selected areas of colour - maybe just the red hood, and other bits of red, among a black and white setup?
the comic full spectrum therapy is 100% traditionally inked, and then digitally (i presume) a green tone is added for extra clarity and that, and it looks really great! they also do a few full-colour specials, so you can always mix and match
personally, id recommend going with the 'risk' of posting the traditionally inked pages - digitally edited if need be. i think the webcomic scene right now leans heavily towards clean, shiny, digital work, which would set you apart - but theres also a big appeal to traditionally inked work in the more print-oriented indie and underground corners of modern comics. from the looks of it, id say the ink really suits the tone of the comic, and theres always something really charming about the little intuitive and accidental flourishes of traditional art.
