Oof i'm not really sure, the last few years were weird with regard to other stuff like mental health, so I don't really have a firm recollection of when it stopped. I think the last flare up I had was in January of this year but it was because I placed my laptop on a special mount \ table thing that has fans in it, and my elbows didn't like the change in height between my elbow and the keyboard. I changed the height back to the laptop just sitting on the desk, and had a bandage with like some cream ( i think) on for a night and it eventually stopped hurting.
I think I looked up the exercises 2 or 3 years ago and started doing them fairly irregularly (when the elbow(s) hurt) since, and started being mindful of my sleeping position but I'm fairly certain that my case is not severe at all. It mostly impaired typing and using the mouse, and made my pinky and ring fingers on the left hand a little numb, but thankfully it didn't affect drawing as I generally draw on an iPad or a sketchpad that can have it's placement adjusted.
