There's a lot going on with the setting in this story. Are you writing a romance between two teenagers in 6 year old bodies that are fighting an uncontrollable urge to mate with each other, living in the same house while society treats it as an arranged marriage?
That's...hmm. I'm all for hetero slow burn romances, but that might be a bit much.
