My first graphic novel has won an prize in the 14th Japan International MANGA Award!

The 14th Japan International MANGA Award Winners have been selected. I am very happy to announce that Intransextellar, my first graphic novel, has been awarded with a Bronze Award.

I want to thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the Selection Committee, the Japanese Consulate in Barcelona, my Publisher, Bang Ediciones, all those people who has supported me during the process of creation and the ones who has read my comic.

Since I was a child, I have been in love with Manga. This recognition of my work is a dream come true.

Fabulous news! Not only are awards great for you to sit back and think that yes, you can do this, but they're wonderful to have on your resume. The only downside (not being negative here, find it more amusing than anything) now you have to think of a way to top it! I don't think that's a bad problem to have. The fact that you got this tells you you've got what it takes to continue.
