The first question to ask is: Do you have budget to commission an artist? Because that's the easiest option for getting exactly what you want; find somebody who's art is the kind of thing you're looking for, ask if they do commissions, give them a brief and pay them to get something made. (expect prices usually in the $20-100 region, depending on the artist's level of experience, demand and where they live).
