I believe it would be best if you read the "Before Submitting your Collaboration Request" post to properly say what you want and arrange a better proposal so people get interested in checking it.
Because it is pretty unclear, most of people don't care about opening a link with your series, reading it doesn't give them a clear idea about what are they going to do or what you need a collaborator for. You need a partner to collaborate, yes but
- What do you want to do?
- Why do you want to collaborate?
- What exactly are you going to do and what exactly is the collaborator going to do?
- If you cannot pay what can you offer a person to assist you / collaborate with you / help you?
