I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind reading a dark, possibly nightmare inducing, scene. My goal is to see if this material will be okay under the "Mature" flag for Tapas. If not, I can just snip it out and replace it with some generic thing "Will has a dark creepy dream that terrifies him. And Crow was there. Creepy, right?" ala Flynn Rider VA (/end disney joke here). Mainly of, is it too dark?
It's not too dark for NTN itself and is 100% canon and part of the story where it's posted on dA and Booksie (other sites are behind on updates). I'm getting closer to that scene here on Tapas and it's always been a concern of mine that maybe it's too dark for the site as something "digestable". The story updates 2 days a week in sections that fit within the word count limit. So it's a potential scene that would span and entire week's worth of updates. I would, naturally, flag this chapter as "Mature" here on Tapas.
And I do say it's nightmare inducing because it came from a nightmare I had. I thought it was such fitting imagery for loss of self or identity, that it'd be perfect for a moment in NTN. And it fits pretty well (Will has a fair amount of dreams after all).
