I’m not sure what exactly you want feedback on so it’s hard to comment? lol
Your heads are a little big compared to the body, you tend to hide hands or have them hold something so maybe do some hand studies!
The face in the first piece is traditionally anime but the body is simplified like a chibi so doing some figure drawing can help you match that batter.
You’re doing good in terms of progress: fullbodies (ish), both eyes, detailed clothing. Just keep at it!
My best advice for now is look at a lot of artstyles, copy what you like- implement parts of that in your own style, do a lot of studies, look at how other people simplify things you’re having a hard time with and see if you can match that, talk to a lot of other artists and maybe take on a project that’ll have you drawing daily and unique things (like a 30 days challenge or a comic 
)
