Need some help deciding which one to move forward with

Working on our co-hero Rapha and trying to figure out which one to move forward with

I'm drawn to 1 in particular. Good balance of light/dark, and I like the asymmetry the swath of the cape creates.

I agree with @joannekwan.
The intensity of the torso in no.2 takes too much away from the face (which is supposed to be the highlight of a character). No. 3 is pretty nice too, since the first thing you see is his face, but I think it looks a little too...assassin-esque? Unless that's the look you're aiming for...
In my opinion, no.4 looks a little too bland and flat. It doesn't have any interesting texture whatsoever.

I like #2, because even though he's bigger there's more detail

I think they are too similar to really make a difference.
1 & 2 look like variations so maybe he wears one set in one book and the other set in a later issue. No need to have your character ONLY have one suit (or way of wearing it). 3 looks like what's underneath the white breastplate and possibly be padding. 4 looks like formal wear for ceremonies and special occasions with the cleaner look.
