Well, first off you don't need all those folders for all the arcs if only the prologue arc is out. You can't manufacture a TV tropes page out of tropes that haven't appeared yet. The description is also too long and too dry and really focused on what the series will be instead of what the series is. TV Tropes is meant to be a place where people who read your comic point out tropes they find in it, not where a place for a creator to lay out their series plan like they're pitching.
Remove all those folders first. Then focus on tropes it does have. You could try looking at tropes in similar series that you maybe share. For example, you may want to add "Animesque". If you can't think of a lot of tropes your comic currently has... it means it doesn't have a lot of tropes yet and you need to be patient. As much as I'd love to throw in character pages and tropes for my comic, I don't even have a hundred pages yet, so naturally the number of tropes is still small.
