Need Writer and possibly a new Artist [UNPAID]

Hey guys. So, a year ago, I had this idea for a webtoon called Mystique. But, it took a year to create my first draft and chapter. Now, I need help making an original script. I need a writer with original ideas and a great story plan. Here are some of my final draft for the first chapter.

Hello there, I believe you could enhance your pitch with the following:

• A small Summary of your story, it can be short like a description of a Webtoon Series or Tapas's.
• Amount of chapters you expect your comic to have
• Amount of panels the chapters are going to have
• A portfolio, where to see your art (Not necessarily a storyboard or episode of the comic)
• Do you have documentation such as WorldBuilding, character bios, how the world in your story is, something that the writer could work with?

You said you're looking for a writer, what can you offer a writer in exchange of their services if payment is not a possibility? What could be of interest for them in exchange of helping you?

You also mention that you're looking for a new artist, then... what is your role in this if you're looking for both an artist and a writer? And again, what could there be for an artist in exchange of drawing for you?

I'd suggest giving some more context on what you're bringing to the table to help your case, because right now I'm not sure what anyone would be getting out of this if you're looking for both an unpaid writer and an unpaid artist?
