Melissa: Well my sisters tease me for it a little bit but I don't mind, right? It's fine, cuz it's all in good fun. Now my son and his friends can just be unbearable because they all thing they're so grown up because they're teenagers now, and I'll listen to them saying every day, "Woah, Mrs. Xochitl, like, how young were you when you started drinking coffee?" Just makes me want to knock them a peg, just a little bit, you know? But it's fine, crazy kids. I really don't mind my height that much except when it causes me trouble. You know when I was pregnant with my Drigo people thought I was a child and I'd see strangers looking at me so worried thinking I was a 12 year old who had gotten pregnant. And I had trouble in hospitals and OH! this one time when I got T-boned and the cops just wouldn't hear my complaint and kept calling me 'little miss' like I was 7 years old or something.
Alicia: I've been teased for it a bit before, but it usually doesn't bother me. Most of it is good-natured, though I have a time of it any time I want to talk about my 'little' brother because he's nearly a foot taller than me at this point.
