Read what you have so far. It's a good start. Your artstyle is pleasing. The cinematography and writing is fine.
If you have the time, I'd consider practicing your art, and focus on poses, expressions, and anatomy. Those three seemed like the attributes that could use the most punching up. Either look up practice guides or study other comics similar to the style you're going for.
Besides that, just keep making episodes at a regular pace, and you'll naturally keep improving.
