I’ve just started sharing my new novel “The Ballad of Dawn” on Tapas, and I’m both excited and nervous to put it out into the world.
The story follows a woman who wakes up in an ancient wooden house—far from her own time—and finds herself entangled in a life she doesn’t belong to. As she struggles to survive in this unfamiliar era, she meets Zhao Yun, whose very presence pulls her toward a fate she never expected.
It’s a mix of time travel, ancient romance, slow-burn tension, and emotional twists.
