Welcome to Tapastic, Delani! Hope you'll like it here, it's a very nice place

My name is Yvette and I've been here since January/February. I'm active on the forum as much as I can, not all day every day, but a few times a week. I've been making comics since 2005ish when I studied comics and sequential art and have had a lot of ups and downs since then.

Hmm, true. I like Tapastic being kind of hidden away like a special pearl like this though. xD Even if it feels like it is well known. Though you are right, it is kinda small compared to smackjeeves and Hiveworks. I haven't thought of it that way before. O . O

Wow, you sound pretty experienced! O . O I've just had a knack for making comics for around 5 years or so. I have yet to get into any formal studies, I'm self taught. ^ - ^ I may see you around the forums as well, depending on if I keep active that is.

Welcome! I just joined a few weeks ago but have already found this to be the nicest online community i've ever been in! The people are great and there are some great comics to read! Plus, everyone helps each other out if they have questions/issues making comics!

Hey welcome to the forums, I lurk a lot and occasionally post long winded replies to things so I might pop up here and there. The community here is great almost to the point that it's uncomfortable...ya know in a good way. Anyways only been on here a few months but have really enjoyed the experience. Even the "flame wars" I have seen are fairly civil arguments that are pretty peacefully resolved.

Welcome Delani. I checked out your comics and subscribed. I'd like to see what you come up with. You should definitely build a buffer like Joannekwan said. It's something that totally escaped my mind and now I'm suffering for it. xD
