New to Tapastic, novel writer

Hi, I'm new to Tapastic. I've been writing for a couple of months in Spanish using platforms such as Wattpad and Inkspired. I finally decided to translate my novel Rakun (https://tapas.io/series/Rakun/info) to English and try luck in getting readers in this language.
Is there any advice I could get to get more readers or more prescense on the website?? I don't know many people from other countries, but I would like to share my story.

Welcome to Tapas. You can link your story in this post. And two you can link it in your forum profile. There's plenty of threads around for promoting your work. And then the rest is get to know people, put the best work you can out there, be patient and consistent.

Look on the forums and basically link your story on just about every promotional thread. Or do more of these and possibly ask people to describe their novel in fun ways. Also share on social media.

These forums are helpful and everyone here is nice

I started a few months ago and only found the forums recently... so I kinda did nothing to get more readers... I just let it be and that still worked some xD

Thanks! Writing in Spanish is not a very good idea for my type of stories. At least, that's what I discovered after being on Inkspired or Wattpad.

Hey! welcome to the tapas writers club haha. Unfortunatly comics seem to get a lot more traction on here than writing, so it may take some time to built a following. Bribing your readers on other sites to join over here too may help and help you gain more attention from people who are not in your already existing readerbase. Promoting your novel in an interesting way here in forums may help as well.

Other than that, it's the typical advice: advertise off site, be consistent, have a passion for your work and engage your readers.
