GILBERT- leader of the 'nightmare heroes'- he and his friends are on a journey to find pages from a mysterious book that contains the strongest power in the world... Gilbert uses a branch from a tree as his weapon... But it's no ordinary stick...
SELKIE- she was with Gilbert from the start, she's a hot-blooded woman who is yet to learn her powers, although she's naturally tough and likes to pretend it's her birthday every single day with that hat on her head.
GUNK- A gigantic poisonous freak who came to Gilbert and Selkie's rescue when they were fighting a strange machine, and ever since, he's been there as a key member of their group. He can fire poison bullets from his neck straw, and he uses a razor sharp fork and spoon, which he can shrink and enlarge (within reason) to fight against his enemies.
RADAR BEACON- Gilbert's newest friend. Radar Beacon is a half ghost- half Robot. His powers are not currently known. But he's helping Gilbert escape from captivity inside a strange laboratory...
