Offering Comic Editing (Full List for Now)

I'm a little bit nervous about this, but I would like to start editing comics. If there's something in particular you want me to look at, let me know and I'll do my best to edit and give constructive criticism on that topic.

Just to be clear, the goal of my editing is to help others improve by reviewing their work and finding areas to improve. I want to help other writers and artists get to the next level. You can't reach the next level until you figure out what's holding you back.

The main points I’m looking for in my editing are:

• Readability (Includes Formatting and Page Layout)
• Clear Story Direction
• Distinctive / Interesting Characters

I have two requirements though...

• The first is no nudity or risqué content
• The second is if your series is long, please give me a short section to focus on. I'd rather not read more than 5 chapters per review.

When I finish, I’ll send you a PM with the review. If you would like to have it public, let me know and I’ll put the link below. If you don’t tell me whether you want it private or public, I’ll assume private. Please be patient with me. I’ll try to get them done within a week.

Nice initiative.I'd love to have a critique on my story, specially the writing side of it. I don't get much feedback, so I'm not sure if I'm doing a good job or a lousy one. =p
If you feel it's going to be harsh, don't hold yourself, I can handle it. =p

This is usually the kind of thread creators avoid because they don't want to have their work on an objetive critique spotlight. So don't get surprised if you have not a lot of critique requests, i for one like your initiative so i'm gonna put my adventure ongoing series for your consideration

I would love a writing-centric critique on my comic. Public is fine by me! Feel free to start from the beginning of chapter 3.

If you're skipping the first two chapters, just be aware that 1) the big guy in the black shirt and jeans is the main character, and that 2) he JUST came from present day America. He doesn't know how he got there. 3) He's not fluent in the local language, but he speaks it a bit (Korean).

PS. You might want to clarify what you mean by "20 episodes"... Some people have an entire chapter in an episode, while others only have a page. ^^

I'd be grateful if you'd look at my comic, Outcast Kingdom. There are only 14 actual pages so far (you can skip the sketches and announcement pages-- they don't count), so it shouldn't be too much to look at, right?

Oh wow.. you are probably overloaded with work already! But IF you still have some time you can also look at As True As Anything On The Internet. It's new so there's only two episodes (and they're not too long =P). One thing I'm sometimes a bit unsure of is my pacing.. so if you can have a look at that I would really appreciate it
My comic is basically a collection of short stories so I'm not sure how much writing there is to actually look at. No character development, story progression and that... But maybe you can have a look at the original stories and how I translated them into pictures. Any critique is welcome =D

I have no words to express how grateful I am to have my comic finally reviewed. And boy, phew, that was something. Annie made a huge and extremly concise critique of all the comic. She made very good points with lots of examples of where I am making mistakes, and she even gave me lots of nice tips to fix it.
Again, thank you for the feedback Annie, I'm in full debt with you. I know everyone here will be extremely happy with your reviews.
