Twitter isn't dying. If you used it before and had success, you can use it now.
Instagram has always been hit or miss
TikTok ... agreee
facebook is for 50+ year old people. No one I know under that uses it
deviant art is like youtube. You feel like a needle in a haystack of art.
tumblr. no clue, never tried.

Tumblr used to be my biggest social media platform, but after the nsfw purge it really became a shell of itself (my post interaction def shows it). Not sure if it can reach its past heights again, but I still continue to post to it.
A lot of people do seem to be going back to tumblr or making accounts on it with twitter's fate being up in the air though, so perhaps there could be a resurgence. ¯l_(ツ)_/¯
