Tumblr, Artfol and Inkblot are the only sites I'm using so far but I'm about to poke my head onto neocities once i've got some proper downtime from work
I don't think tumblr is too difficult to get the hang of especially since there's a fair amount of guides from theme creators as well as other folks with regards to themes, page customization and other things. As for posts themselves everything is pretty straightforward and there's been a good number of posts that I've seen from longtime users giving bullet point basics on how to navigate the site and use it's available features (this ones a recent fave)
Inkblot is still in beta and still growing so the staff they've got is doing what they can to accommodate folks with their available funding but at the least they've got a hard no AI/NFT/crypto rule so that's a genuine comfort to know they're doing all they can to keep that crap out (plus no bigots since it's lgbtqia+ and poc run)
and Artfol has been around long enough that it's built a strong community and decently sized user base where the only downside (depending on personal preferences) is that it's currently mobile only BUT they are currently in beta for a desktop site so prisma users are testing that out right now.
