Two tropes I can't stand: Too many characters--like you have an expanded universe, and that's cool, but please edit your characters OMG. So many characters in a story can be condensed into one dude. Marvel movies have like 10 more characters than necessary--cameos that I'm supposed to be excited about and clap and cheer over and I was just so annoyed they were taking time away from the main focus. My Hero Academia who keeps introducing a new class or a new school every freakin season and it's like, great, this show has 100+ characters now, so many that their quirks are like no longer quirks but like weird cyborg implants. Game of Thrones which has the same problem but I can't pronounce any of their names and they'll die anyway so what's the point?
And then the other trope I hate is girls that are too much a "girly" stereotype for common sense. The high pitched voice, the hair that takes 4 hours to do, the obsession over cute boys, the fact they never wear pants, the way they cry over...anything. As a girl I just find them incredibly grating and offensive.
