“Oops, Something Went Wrong” Error When Creating a Series

Hi Tapas Team,

I’m trying to create a new series on Tapas, but I keep getting an error message every time I click the “Create” button. The button responds, but then this notification pops up:

“Oops, something went wrong. Sorry about that. Help us fix it by reporting what happened.”

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Refreshing the page and clearing cache.

Logging out and logging back in.

Trying a different browser.

Checking my internet connection.

The issue still happens, and I can’t get past the series creation step. I’ve already prepared all my visuals, cover art, and information, so I’d love to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Could you please look into this error? Let me know if you need browser/device details or screenshots—I’m happy to provide them.

You might want to try the tapas discord and making a ticket there. Not sure not sure how often they check the forums

I give up on Tapes and will continue with Royal Roads.
The Views count is low and the Services are also slow.
