I like many of the music Hans Zimmer composed, such like Pirates of the Caribean, Spirit. And also John Powell: How to train you dragon and Kung fu panda. I don't have a favorite, I like them all.

Oh yes, Nier has an amazing soundtrack. Bastion's soundtrack is also good (I like it more than Transistor, hehhehehahhaha)

Yuki Kajiura for all those gorgeous classic-influenced rock gloriousness - Fate/Zero, Puella, Kara no Kyoukai, even her work with bands Kalafina and Fiction Junction ahhhh <3
Yoko Kanno with Zankyou no Terror, Cowboy Bebop!! And can't forget Joe Hisaishi and his work with Ghibli <3
