as others said Smackjeeves comes off a bit of a clutter to me, but I use it. comic fury (don't really care of that site), Drunkduck( they switched other, a while ago, seems like they are trying to be more active, but on there forums it's little to none? or what I seen. doesn't update much) I use Tumblr. it's not terrible, but I know a lot of people don't like it, however, I've had a good amount of people add the comic on there, I make separate pages, for chapters with links so it's eaiser to read. they do allow comments, but that's after someone's watched it for over a week I think.
Japanese sites: manga Nia but it's a little confusing, and most of the comics are in Japanese. I don't know about the others. or webtoons / pixiv (although I'm interested in looking that up. just to see what it is)
for Taptastic I found that this place is actually very nice! I love the community on here so far, and you guys stay active on the forums, helpful, and kind. which is always a plus !
