There's comic fury - https://comicfury.com - more page format focused but a mobile viewer with an endless scroll has been introduced some time ago, you can customize your comic's site, more mature content allowed than on both webtoon and tapas (you need to put warnings for whole series and that also means it has no mobile app)
global comix - https://globalcomix.com/ - also no app, take on mature content similar to tapas, for page format comics you can setup your pages for panel-by-panel viewer, seems more focused on western styled comics unlike tapas promoting more manga styled works
flowfo - https://flowfo.me/ - a newer platform, mature content allowed, just have to mark your series as containing it, no app, focus on allowing authors to easily monetize their work
mangatoon - https://mangatoon.mobi/ - similar to webtoon, you really need to censor yourself here and each of your updates have to be checked by their staff before it gets published (at least when you need to censor something you'll know right away), app focused, readers seem to be in the younger age range
not necessarily a webcomic platform but you can also host your stuff as pdfs on itch.io - mature content allowed, just mark your project appropriately
