Currently I'm uploading my novel on tapas, scribble hub, royalroads and webnovel. If you want early earnings then your best option is webnovel. They provide minimum wages of 200$ per month for next 4 months after getting an exclusive contract if you upload 2 chapters of 1000 words per day and 60$ minimum earning through coins and gifts. But you can only post there if you are dedicated enough to be a full time writer because competition there is very intense. There are even writers who upload 50 chapters weekly. So its bare minimum to upload 14 weekly chapters if you want any chance there. Also all the rights of your novel will go to webnovel. You won't be able to upload your novel else where. But earning there is the highest out of all the platforms.
Your other option is RoyalRoad. Although the platform itself do not provide any earning but readers there are very supportive. You can create a patreon account and tell the readers to support you there. You can get loyal fanbase there but have to wait atleast 5-6 months to get any money.
Or you can post here on tapas. This is very supportive platform for writers. You can earn money through ads after hitting 100 subs and there is also inksgiving support here. But tapas readers and non contracted authors here are world apart. Your earning will be very low here until you get premium contract from tapas.
