Page Layouts - Vertical or Horizontal?

I know that it's recommended for us to use a vertical layout when it comes to posting comics on Tapas & Line Webtoon but has anyone use a horizontal layout for their comics?

Mumxicity does it.
It looks fine on bigger screens, but on smaller screens, you need to put your device on landscape mode for the text to be more readable.

Honestly, if a comic does horizontal layout I'll wait till I can remember to get on my computer to check it. Otherwise, even on my big old phone, it's normally harder to read it.

I wouldn’t do anything that couldn’t go to print so what I did when I was doing a featured comic with webtoons was I just sliced up my regular pages. And now I’m putting out collection with a publisher this year without having to pull my hair out piecing it all together.

Honestly though the only audience I’ve ever really heard complain about “horizontal” comics were the Tapas and Webtoons audience. My regular audience has never complained about it or even brought it up as a suggestion as far as I can tell.
