PAID Comic Assistant Needed

Intro: I’m a writer/art teacher prepping to publish my first series and would like some help in order to speed up its production.
Series: The series is a romance and drama targeting a male-attracted audience.
Compensation: This is a primarily profit-share project with $100 a month as a small means of motivation (as it’s an inappropriate amount for the work required). Profits will be from Patreon and physical/digital merchandise with 20% for this role at a cap of $30/hour. First month is half paid as it’s a training/trial period.
Requirements: Applicants should 18+ as this series contains sexual themes and NSFW Patreon bonus content. English fluency and high availability is also critical. A service agreement contract must be signed prior to starting.
Responsibilities: Tasks include scheduling posts every 2 weeks (takes 5-10 min), flat coloring, typesetting and exporting/prepping files.
Software: CSP EX (an un-cracked version) is required to use Clip Studio’s teamwork function.
Schedule: The series will initially be biweekly with a 12-day episode production. Assistants complete 2-3h tasks daily per episode with 2 days off in the midst. Some tasks can be completed in bulk for greater free time.

I think it's perfectly normal for someone to want to know what type of personality you are, it makes things more quicker without having to pretend to be "friends" with you. It helps them provide you proper care in a work space as well. And I think the birthdate thing isn't a big deal unless you think it's too private for you to give away then you should just move along and ignore this thread. In fact, I'd say they're being generous by only asking your birthdate. If I was them I'd ask for a little more information.

MBTI test is not something that is popular and known all over the world.
And it is not recommended to publish the full date of birth on the Internet, since such personal data is used by scammers or to hack accounts, email, and so on. In such situations, it is enough to ask the age. Why do you need a full date of birth? Check compatibility by horoscope?
For me, the most important thing is the candidate's portfolio. If it suits me, I will ask for other information.

I’ve art directed studios with hundreds of artists and led highly codependent teams across many projects over the last decade. This, as odd as it might seem, has been the most efficient method of finding people I can produce something successful with. It’s honestly incredible.
