A complex background for me is anything with props (furniture, decorations, etc) OR difficult/detailed architecture. As opposed to a basic wall with a window or door, or a cloudy sky; which would be simple backgrounds.

How much ink can you spend?
As much as you need. I can get it fairly easily so its whatever your rate is
Well I would charge around 180K ink then, because the conversion rate is not that great.
Did you get the art you wanted?
Ummm not yet. I'm keeping all the usernames of the artist here while I work on getting ink to pay people in
