[PAID] Need Artist for Fantasy WebNovel Scene Illustrations & Manga Panels (Anime Art Style)

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to collaborate with an artist to bring scenes from my fantasy WebNovel, The Mark of Azibo, to life through periodic illustrations. I'm fairly new to commissioning art, so I’m open to learning how this process works from your end as well.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

Scene Illustrations (key moments from the novel, action shots, emotional beats, character-focused)

Occasional Manga-Style Panels (1–3 page sequences, not full chapters)

Style: Preferably anime or manga-inspired, with strong use of color, elemental effects, and expression

I’ll provide detailed scene descriptions, character references, and pacing, but I’m happy to give you creative freedom too

Budget: Open to discussing rates (Please be reasonable lol); please include your pricing info, what your base includes (color? background detail?), and turnaround time.

i can do the cover in my artstyle for $25-35 in colors.
i prefer it to be SFW and i also do webtoon/ manga style pages for

$25-30 per page, or in webtoon i do $4-5 per panel

Our rate is $25 per panel (I'm assuming you'd want a webtoon format?)but negotiable I'm not really sure what you mean by base but our turnaround time is pretty fast depending on the level details f each panel but it's usually take 2-3 days max
