Good day,
My name is Marcus (pen name), and I'm writing a psychological thriller / literary drama about time loops, choice, and the meaning of love through action—not destiny.
The story follows a boy named Marcus who has died 1,000 times and always wakes up at the beginning of his life, memories intact. Over time, he's become hyper-intelligent—but not "powerful." The core of the story is emotional: how knowing the future doesn't mean you can control people, outcomes, or what’s best for others.
Things change when a new girl appears—an anomaly in his loops. She’s being abused, and Marcus (alongside his forgotten girlfriend Charlotte and two close friends) confronts the meaning of helping vs. controlling, and whether love means letting go.
The tone is grounded, emotional, and surreal—inspired by titles like March Comes in Like a Lion, My Lie in April, Re:Zero, Erased, and Looper.
I’m looking for:
A vertical web novel cover (Tapas-style, portrait orientation), thumbnail, and series banner
Optionally: additional thumbnail variants later
Initial concept idea (open to interpretation):
Marcus at the top, emotionally distant, with the rest of the cast spiraling downward behind him—each falling through space/time, evoking emotional decay and the burden of looping lives.
But I’m very open to alternate interpretations. If you think another layout better conveys the mood, I’m happy to collaborate.
I’m aiming for something in the realm of modern anime or stylized western art—serious, aesthetic, emotionally grounded. Nothing too cutesy, chibi, or overly moe. Think Re:Zero, BoJack, or Wonder Egg Priority over Lucky Star or K-On.
I’ll provide character descriptions and design notes upon request.
If you're interested, I’d love to talk rates, availability, and process.
Thank you for your time!
