Hello! My name is Erick. I’m a beginner writer from Mexico working on a small indie light novel called Palimpsesto.
Palimpsesto is a psychological mystery/drama about Alex, a tired office worker who becomes trapped in the same day. The time loop seems connected to a frightened young girl he once ignored.
Unlike stories where the protagonist simply travels through time or returns after dying, the loop attempts to reconstruct a specific point by restoring the atoms and quantum state of the surrounding environment.
The project currently has two completed chapters, and I’m close to finishing the third. I already have the main characters and the general direction of the story planned.
What I’m looking for:
I’m mainly looking for a creative collaborator, not a professional commission artist. I would write the story, and the collaborator would help create the visual identity of the light novel: character designs, occasional illustrations, and possibly a cover later.

Beginner and intermediate artists are welcome. I’m not expecting highly polished professional artwork. I care more about finding someone who likes the story, enjoys manga/light novel art, and wants to grow alongside the project.
Compensation:
This is primarily a passion-project collaboration. My budget is extremely limited, but I may occasionally be able to offer a symbolic payment of around $3–$7 USD for a simple drawing.
If the project ever earns money, revenue sharing and ownership of the artwork would be discussed fairly before publication.
