Patreon problems

I just recently opened a patreon (about a week ago) so i could get some help from my friends with my comic and I wanted to register it into my webtoon account in order to get a become a patreon button on my webtoon page but it won't recognize my patreon ID, its really frustrating but I decided to wait a week since I just thought it was a temporary bug but it seems that its not that, does anyone here have a similar problem and can anyone here help me out with my problem

LINE Webtoon doesn't have a forum, and there's a lot of LINE Webtoon users here! I think it's a good idea to ask and see if anyone's had experience with the system over there and can help!

How did you register your patreon on your Webtoon? Personally all i did was just put in my patreon's name, after making sure my Patreon has already gone published. So far I receive the pledge from Webtoon just fine and it display perfectly okay on my Webtoon.

Yh that's the exact same thing I did but I'll just ask to be sure what you mean by "my patreon has already gone published"

When you set up your patreon page, it doesn't show up to other people until you "publish" it to make it public.

Can you give us the link to your patreon that you used on LINE webtoon? Just to make sure that's working.

Okay i took a look at your Patreon, I think the problem could be that you set up your patreon to be charged "Per creation".

The Patreon option that connected to Webtoon was only made available after the Webtoon x Patreon program came into place, so I'm pretty sure in order to connect your Patreon to Webtoon, you have to follow the guideline of that program too. Webtoon x Patreon requires creator to set their Patreon to be charged "per month". So since your Patreon is set up to be charged per creation, that could cause problem when you try linking your Patreon to your Webtoon.

It still didn't work immediately but it might actually end up working within some working days I guess, I'll just wait till bout friday
