People think that anime doesn't depict reality but it does in a way doesn't it?

Like with Dragon Ball Z, it shows you the reality that the hero doesn't necessarily have to win against the evil doer just because he is the good guy

Dragon Ball Z shows the true reality that Goku despite being the hero might have just defeated the bad guy due to just dumb luck, for instance Goku was just lucky that Yajirobi managed to cut off Vegeta's tail after he transformed into a Great Ape

Also since Frieza was stronger that Goku in the first part of their fight, Goku was lucky that Frieza killed one of his friends first so that he could get angry enough to unlock his Super Saiyan transformation

Don't you think this all reflects on how things go with good vs evil in real life?

Of course there's a piece of reality in all fiction, including anime. I think this is because the creator/s and the consumers belong in the reality. If there was nothing relatable about stories, we wouldn't get hooked on them.

All art depicts aspects of reality. Every story is built by a human author, it’s impossible to create a story without any real human elements.

1) never give up. Fight to the end
2) might makes right. Strong bully weak. You see that everywhere from the school yard to the workplace... all the way to betwen nations. Don't be weak. Bare minimum... LIFT!!!

It depends on the author. Some try to portray reality, while others are satisfied with part of it.

It can be about reality but it doesn't have to be about reality.
It can be about reality as it ought to be if only we were as good as the characters.
That's a wonderful thing about fiction, no matter the format it comes in.

First of all I can´t imagine that "people think that anime doesn´t depict reality" and
where that is coming from.

Anime and every other way of storytelling always depicts our human reality and I never
read or saw any story that hasn´t and I read some crazy ass scifi stories.
